That does look like an awesome place, but damn, that estimated monthly mortgage price is more money that I make in like 5 years. lol.

My dream property is pretty much a smaller version of that, and in my general area where it does not hit a freaking billion degrees. Basically a private lake front house/cottage. Idealy I'd want to be within an hour from a city but outside of jurisdiction so I don't have to pay property taxes. Not sure if such area actually exists though.
