yah, get your gnc gold card and stack up on some protein the first week of the month. they usually have 10-15% off on their own branded protein, so if you add the goldcard it can get up to 35% off at times. good stuff.

go for their mega whey

I'd look around online...I've heard that GNC can be drastically overpriced. But that's just my opinion.

I found GNC to be overpriced even with their Gold Card. There is a place called DPS nutrion that a lot of folks order from. I have the URl somewhere, but just google it up.

- fresh or frozen fruit (I buy bulk frozen berries and whatnot at Costco)
- whatever else sounds good

Well, I'm mostly an endurance athlete, so I need to refill my glycogen stores while I'm at it. Fruit = carbs. ;)
