Wanna change my Win98se splash screen....

I'd like to replace the Windows 98 startup splash screen with an AMD logo. Anybody have an idea how to do this? Any help would be appreciated.
 
Create an 8-bit BMP file with a size of 320x400, then rename the file to Logo.sys and place it in your C:\ drive.

Any idea how I would go about changing the aspect ratio on this bmp I have right now?

It's actually a JPEG, but I know how to change it too an 8 bit bmp w/o any problems. but the aspect ratio, kinda stumps me..
 
Microsoft Photo Editor (start -> programs) or "Imaging" (start -> programs -> accessories) should both do it - just reize the image and "allow deformation" or whatever it is. its a check box.
