WAN router + webcamxp = gray hairs

Hi, I'm new to router config. and recently bought a wireless B router. Today I try to setup a webcam using www.webcamxp.com but for the life of me I can't figure out why I'm unable to get a feed through.

I read the instructions on how to setup the Forwarding of internal IP and port for the software, but it never comes up. Page just loads up 404 error.

Has anyone used this software and happens to have a Linksys router able to help a lad out?
