they had this promotion that they dont charge surcharges on ATM for none card holders guess what they ended the offer and end charge like everyone else
 
They just remodelled the branch here. It's pretty cool. each teller has their own little workstation where they stand and you walk over to a free one and do your business. When they're closed, since they now put the ATMs on the inside, you swipe your ATM card to unlock the door to get into the little ATM area.

Certainly never heard of this. I misunderstood your problem. Sorry.
 
I have a Wamu acct, as well as a Union Bank account (my old Cali bank). I chose Wamu just because I could use their atm to access my union account. Since they killed that, and the fees are outrageous (out of state ATM fee? WTF?) I'm shopping around.

I have also experienced this. It is quite weird.
