Those are individual instances, they can be blamed ob those individuals being psychotics or that that they grew up abused themselves and didn't know any other way. Walmart to me is a more fitting symbol since it exists in the supposedly peak example for free society.

Walmart is like the the invasive eucalyptus tree. Incredibly succesful, grows very fast and very big and so they provide cheap resources. But in the long run they suck up all the local ground water and blanket everything beneath them so nothing grows but them. Meanwhile providing no sustenance for the local ecosystem, eventually destroying it.
