1) If they had half a brain they wouldn't go near Wal-Mart in the first place.

2) I'd be willing to bet that the simpleton who bought it was fooled by the part that says it can be reloaded whenever you want. That chickletbrain was probably sitting there in his doublewide thinking "woohoo, free money! Every time I spend the $125 it'll reload and I get $125 more"

but don't the gift cards have $125 on them already? Or am I missing something?

So the guy is paying the extra $2 for shipping.
 
I guess if they were sending this card as a gift, and got the seller to ship it directly to the person they want to give it to, it is a pretty good deal. They dont have to waste their time or gas going to walmart, and for $2.51 they got it shipped priority. It is worth $2.51 to not have to go to walmart and stand in line waiting to buy one of those.

I would never do it, but I can see someone older, or in a wheelchair that would think this is a good way to go.

This is what I assumed. Needed it for a gift, worth $2.51 to not have to go there (especially if there aren't any close).

Wal-Mart is EVERYFRICKINWHERE. There's almost no way there isn't one close to anyone living in the US.
 
Neither are Walmart employees. It took them 40 minutes to figure out how to enter me into their tax exempt database today...

Possibly because no one's ever done that. I didn't even know that such a thing existed. Go ahead and see how long it'd take me to figure it out. You'd best set up camp in the furniture department.
That said, the statement made is generally accurate.

The seller should start selling something even better - Genuine Legal tender! It's like a gift card that you can use at any store, just about anywhere in the world!!!! $100 denominations. New models come with a watermark and security strip.
 
I've noticed the buyers on For Sale/Trade aren't far behind. I'm seeing prices paid for stuff that is just shy of what's available for the same new item. I was looking for a replacement digital camera for my dad's broken one, but I can see it won't be purchased there!
