Yet here you are as always.
Who really is MCOWNING who?
If it's not a uniform, why are only blue and white shirts allowed?
Dress code should not be dictating colors of shirts and pants.
LOL, you and Dave make quite a couple.
Dress codes are legal and technically not a problem here but are also a suppression of the poor much like traffic tickets and lack of water service, aren't they?
walmart sell's what they need for about $15 per outfit.

What was their old policy? Back when I worked for Target we had to buy our own red shirts and khaki pants. It really wasn't a big deal.

Walmart workers unhappy about new 'dress code'
Some Walmart (WMT) employees are not happy about a new mandatory dress code or the fact that workers have to pay for clothes to comply with that dress code out of their own pockets.
So is it legal for Walmart to require its employees to pay for a polo shirt and pants of a certain color?
According to one legal expert, Walmart employees who are unhappy about having to pay up may have an uphill battle.
Federal Advocacy Coordinator at the National Employment Law Project, Judy Conti, told The Guardian that what Walmart is doing is legal.
At issue is whether the new rules about what employees can wear amount to a uniform or a dress code.
The U.S. Department of Labor says companies must pay for a "uniform," but not clothes required to comply with a "dress code."
Apologist much? How many of these so-called "poor" are talking and texting on $400+ phones on $200 or more monthly cell phone contracts? They can't afford decent clothing for work but can afford those luxuries?
Maybe it was needed, too many employed with their asse's hanging out of their pants, fucking gross to see someone stockin dressed like that.
