WalMart connect...need suggestions

I am working on a friend of the family's computer and he wants to make WalMart Connect work. It installs and connect fine but when you try to go to any page it loads it then says it cant be displayed. So we called them and they said it was cuz the system resources were low. So I got the system resources up to 89% and bumped the ram from 64 up to 192. Same problem still occurs. Any ideas?
