dont the Via processors only require a heatsink with no fan since they're so cool?

I think there general gist in that thread was that you can actually build this for around ~$160.

Reviews link here.

Its for a 1.0gig Via C3 but you get the performace idea. I'll be passing on this one.

Thanks for the review link...the 1gig Cyrix that thrives on passive cooling is pretty interesting.
Cyrix has always run business apps plenty good. :D
