Wallpaper Worthy of Your Desktop?

I like it. I might look into blending the edges of the photo into the wallpaper just a little bit to take away a little of the sharpness. I like it, though.

I dunno. The original image just seemed almost sureal, so rather then religate it to a folder on my harddrive, I tried to put it into something that would work on my desktop. Oh well.

as a non suporter of the way the war was executed no i would not have it as a wall paper. but as an artist i think it visualy is only about 1 over par for my desktop

the pic kinda stands out from the blurred bg a bit too much for a desktop background...cool idea though, fiddle with it a bit and keep updating here

Bah, I totally like the whole idea. If anything, put a drop shadow behind the smaller image.

Absolutely not!

And do yourself a favour and upgrade your monitor! 😛

I tried it with another pic... Oh well, it was a thought

I'm running a 17" Trinitron at 800X600 with large fonts. My son runs his 17" at 1024X768 or higher and it drives me forking nuts! I lean back in my chair, which puts my eyes 30" from the screen. I have to scrinch up close to read crap on my son's. Seems pretty stupid to me. <shrug>

BTW, what resolution are most web sites optimized for?
