Wall mount for 37 LCD

I am looking to mount my older model MAgnavox 37MF321D TV in my bedroom using a wall mount, I have never messed with a wall mount as my TV in the Living room is on a TV stand. Anyhow, is there preferred wall mounts to buy? I have found some here but really have no clue what i need.

Another vote for Monoprice. I bought a two $25 mounts there two weeks ago for a tv in the living room and a tv in my bedroom.
