Background info:
Ever since I was little, when I was given a problem/task I would walk around in circles (for minutes, hours) and stop only when interrupted or when finished solving that problem (I remember walking around for HOURS with the "Which Came First? The Chicken or the Egg" problem....
Then when I got older I walked around thinking about girls .... I'll leave it at that
Anyways.....
Now I've been doing this while I EAT
! While I'm not Neffing at ATOT or doing homework, I do this quite often. Been doing this since I was about 13. I walk around thinking about a heatsink I've been trying to design.
Case in point: I was at my relative's house and randomly got up and started walking around and eating.... I did this for 30 minutes. And um....they thought I was weird.
My question: Is walking around in circles while eating bad for you/your stomach/digestion?
In the past 3 weeks I've spent at least an hour a day walking in circles.
