So two traditional conservative guys I know walked away this week, add that to the two other I know that walked away from Trump last year.
Both these guys hung in at first with tax cuts and immigration stuff but became more quiet over time. They both came to the same conclusion the tax cut they wanted was bullshit and trivial to them, they don’t like the Presidents bluster, lies and putting kids in cages.
Both came out on Facebook, first guy changed his registration to Independent Friday, second guy said I’ve been thinking of that and did it today.

The best part about Felonious D standing on that stage in front of the fake Presidential seal is that its creator is a #walkaway Republican. It wasn't a trick by some Democrat. Maybe you can tell your friends that they are in good company with the likes of that graphic artist.

Nono you got it right the first time..... Putting money into ghettos or projects is making people of color depended on the white mans dollar and thus keeps them them down and in their place. Classic racism. Foodstamps equals racism. Slow logic(tm).

I get your point but it’s better to look at it as a percentage and I’m not aware what that percentage is.
Honestly I’m proud of both of them. They stated what they missed about being a Republican like sensible spending, reducing the deficit and effective security.
I really want that type of republican to come back.

I know several high paying doctors who have seen the light, too. They will be voting against their best interest in 2020 I am told. People are waking up...

I used to vote Republican. Very conservative. Still carry muh guns. I walked away from the GOP. It was actually, pretty easy and I felt wonderful. Almost as wonderful as the day I stopped paying dues to the NRA and Wayne... Oddly, no one has taken my guns away... yet.

Funny you say that the first two are in banking/finance fields. Can’t remember the exact words but it was something similar to what you said. They’ll vote against their interests because what’s happening now is not worth the decreased regulation.

Im not impressed. In 2016 it was horribly obvious the guy was evil and full of shit. 62 million Americans simply could not see it.
That a handful of people are slowly starting to open their eyes after two years and hundreds of scandals and thousands of lies doesnt really inspire confidence in me.
I'd move to England but those people seem to be even better sheep for their overlords.
