Some times I find it impossible to wake up my desktop from stand by. I need to reboot. Tried everything-any suggestions?
 
Sometimes I find it impossible to wake up in the morning. I tried everything, even moving the alarm across the room, any suggestions? 😛
 
U need to set your bios "power managment" settings to STR (suspend to ram) I think
The 2 options are S1 and S3 (S3 is suspend to ram I think) cant remember what S1 stands for
I think you also need a compatible power supply

and amaroque -- LOL I think U need one of those giant pizza paddles , would work nice as a lever or some sort of spanking tool 😛 Your GF would love that! 🙂
