Wake PC from wireless keyboard

I don't see why it would not be possible?

I have a Microsoft wireless keyboard, and I can wake my pc from standby with it just fine.
 
It depends on if your keyboard is connected through PS/2 or USB and the secific features of your motherboard. Usually you can find a wake on keyboard and or a wake on USB feature in your BIOS.
