Wake on Modem?

I just found out that unlike the ABIT KT7 and ASUS AV7, the MIS K7T Pro 2-A motherboard does not have Wake on Modem capability. Does this mean that if the unit is in some powered down mode, the ABIT and ASUS units could respond to an incoming FAX but the MIS unit couldn't?
