Wake on Lan problems

Ok I have now got my computer working with the Wake On Line feature

Trouble I'm having now is that my computer will power up at random intervals which seems to me that it may be too sensitive??

Is there anyway to fix this? it's great having the feature but I don't want my pc to turn on all the time without me requesting it
