Wake on LAN problems

I am having some issues with wake on LAN. The reason I am using it is to allow my HTPC to wake up my primary PC because thats where all my media files are located. My HTPC software cannot send out a magic packet, so I don't have the "wake only on magic packet box checked". The problem is that my computer is being randomly woken up in the middle of the night, while the HTPC is also in sleep mode. There are no other computers or devices on my network other than my android phone.

I am using a Linksys WRT54GL running DD-WRT. Are there any other settings or work arounds I can use to solve this?

Uh, I had this problem awhile ago. I think it went away with a bios update but don't quote me on that.

DD-WRT has a wake on lan service - maybe check to see if that's enabled (even though its not enabled on your PC).

Really odd problem. . .

it may be your router, or be sure you don't have another "wake" option set to on in the bios.
