Waiting for SLI 16...???

Finaaly getting the BGF 7800 GTX board, now I need a motherboard with a PCIe slot.
I like the ASUS premium board, but read about the SLI 16 boards coming out.
Haven't made the choice to run SLI yet, but don't want to close that door yet..

Question is...is it worth waiting for the new boards with the SLI16..or just get the ASUS board now...??

Get the Asus now and enjoy. The perf diffenrence will be so little (if any). Only good thing: actual SLI boards will cost less.

the performance won't be much if any, but it will be nice not to have to reach in the case to switch the paddle from 1x16 to 2x8. I'd wait for X16, that's just me.
