I thought it was just me. I'm on IE7 and Chrome and the bulk of the forums are taking forever to load. The top and left side load instantly, but the middle (the actual forum part) takes an extra 30 seconds or so.

Pretty annoying.

Hmm, yeah I switched to Firefox and it seems to work fine. It's strange the other two browsers are having trouble. 😕

Edit: Grrr, now it seems to be getting stuck on 'blend.cdn.fm' what ever the heck that is.
 
Chrome generally doesn't load at all for me and IE7 is slower than normal, but does load. Don't have FF loaded on this system.

Does Chrome have an ad-blocking component? I think dynamic2.anandtech.com is the ad-server and the ads are borking things up...

Good question, not sure about Chrome.

Annoyingly I can't get the Firefox add-ons site to load, so I can't download Adblock for FF right now, which means I'm stuck with slow lading for a while.
