Wait time for the dell 8600 is until December..

If you want the 7200 rpm drive and WUXGA, expect a shipping date of December. I know some of you are waiting for the Radeon..my plan is that if it comes out in november, i'm gonna give them a call and request them to modify my order..hopefully it wont delay it too much. If it doesnt happen in november, then it prolly wont happen this year.
 
The Radeon 9600XT is currently available in the Dell France website and here is the link:click here. This is one of the preconfigured models, btw. I still don't think that they let you select the card when you want to customize your own laptop. It should be out in the US soon, I suppose. I think that Dell should release things like this first in the US, since it's a US company. I wonder why they released this card in France first?
 
When you call their phone number, theres an option to modify peripherals on an existing order; however, even if you're right..i'll cancel and wait longer for the radeon model... =)
