Uhm, your DSL connection will connect to your computer via an ethernet port (which they all include), not the Phone Jack port from those options. You only need the modem if you plan on doing dial-up.
A dialup modem uses an RJ11 port. If you have broadband DSL, the DSL modem connects to the computer via RJ45 network cable. If you have broadband, don't even get the 56k modem.
