Wait for RB2 or get RB1 now for Wii?

So I'd like to get into Rock Band, but with RB2 around the corner for the Wii I'm wondering if I should just wait and get their package or go with a cheaper RB1 package now and just buy the RB2 game CD when it's released. Either way I plan on playing both, but if they made some well-needed modifications on the instruments in the second one I'd be willing to wait until then to buy, it's not something I have a huge desire to play right now, I've just been thinking about getting into it recently. What do you guys think?

definitely wait for RB2. RB2 for the Wii is supposed to be full featured with online play and DLC, or so I've heard... I don't know if you can import RB1 songs like you can on the xbox360 but if so , you could always rent RB1 later to get the songs. RB2 has a lot more songs than RB1 did and has an incredible set list, not that RB1 didn't, but I think it's better in pretty much every way and worth waiting for.

Cool, thanks for the input. I was leaning in that direction anyway but wanted to see what other people thought.
