Edit: I thought I recognized that car, are you on the newtib forums?
Yah, but I'd rather not spoil my good name on there lol.
Don't even try to tell me this car is only good in a straight line. I recently won the Triple Crown Tuner Speed Challenge. It is a 2.5mile road course. Among the defeated cars are a 700hp Twin Turbo 300zx. I might show up in Modified Magazine and Sport Compact Car next month.

I listed the engine mods in my first post. Some of the early Tibs out of Korea were blowin up when supercharged, but they can still handle a lot of horse power. The only weaknesses are the aluminum block and crank bearing. It's fine as long as you tune it properly, run colder plugs, and don't exceed 15psi. People have run 13psi safely for close to 100,000 miles. I played it safe though since there is really no need for my car to be faster than it already is. Ironically, the I4 does have more peak potential if you slap on a large turbo because of the tough cast iron block.

2) POS v6 (too much weight in the front)

also...your video is extremely ricey (music, useage of video and images) and you need to learn how to make a decent video (i saw the same pic like 20x) AND you need to not fast-forward the track clips...HUGE no-no when editing anything to do with racing (if you deny it i will prove it...don't lie)
i personally think the tiberons look like ******, but i suppose aesthetics is up to you...but at least it is all riced out with giant ass wing, neons (no neons right?) stupid stickers...etc. so i will give you props on that...
i wouldnt debate the dyno numbers...isnt bad for a medium-weight car...but with stock internals at 11psi...how long do you think it is going to last? I didnt look at your list of mods...but i would hope you have all the extras you need to go along with that (better radiator, intercooler, bigger oil coolers (more), possibly forged internals, etc.)
22k for a car like that IS bad IMO...looks aside, i coulod build about 20-30 different cars for that much with more HP/TQ...but i suppose if i were to build an 03+ model with the same numbers i would widdle the list down to 5-10...but again...i suppose if you like FWD (WHY!?!) and you like the way it looks...it isnt the worst choice...
not trying to be an ass (about the video an all)...it wasnt horrible...just giving tips for better one next time...

I posted this in another thread, but this definately is worthy of its own topic. 2 years ago, I chose a Tiburon GT over a Scion TC and never looked back. For a Hyundai, this car has served me pretty damn well. Easily the best car I've ever driven.
Being the car enthusiast that I am, I modded the hell out of it. I'd list all the parts, but that'd be way too much typing. The important facts are that it is running an 11psi intercooled and alcohol injected supercharger. I'm proud to say that I installed every modification myself. The total cost of the project (including the car) was about $22,000.
For those of you who can't believe me, I made a short compilation video featuring some engine shots, a few races, and of course your favorite theme music. I have tons of other recorded street races that can be posted at request.
Enjoy!
Edit: Mod List (engine only)
Injen SRI
Hotshot Headers
Borla Exhaust
Eaton MP62 Supercharger
6.5in Crank Pulley
2.75in Supercharger Pulley
Seoulful Racing ECU Reflash
290cc Injectors
Alpine Alcohol Injection Kit
Laminova Intercooler Core
I think that's it, but I always forget to include something.

DAMN that is a fast car
So you fast forwarded the video 40 ish percent? I thought that thing looked faster than it should be![]()

I was going to say that that thing really moves off the line, but then someone said that you fast forwarded the racing parts.
So instead I'm going to say that you suck. You would have gotten a lot more respect if you would have been up front.
