And if you want to get fat fast, just start loading up on carbs. You'll gain water weight overnight. I can put on 10lbs in one day going from a no/low carb diet to a bulk (lots of carbs). Best part is that you can lose that weight just as quick - just cut back or remove the carbs again, and you'll dry out in a couple days.
If you dont just need the weight gain for a few days, then just keep on eatin' those carbs. Two weeks and you can add some serious poundage.
