Waht's up with these new billboards around town ?

There's some kinda weird trend with super vague billboards popping up
around town... The last ones I figured out where about Jamestown's 400
anniversary (The billboard just had a pic of an island and said
"Join the quest for a New World ... Guaranteed 12% survival rate")



Here's the latest ones... anyone know what they mean?

It could be the company that owns the billboard putting them up to drum up business.

In Toledo, there was this billboard that was up for a long time, it was for this product called "Oasis" - and it was powdered spring water. There might have been a website address on the billboard too, I can't remember.

It got a lot of attention, turns out it was put up by the company that has all billboard rights in the city to prove that "billboard advertising still works".
