Wacky worms,spyware,popups,trojans,viruses,adware,malware...

All,
Recently reformatted. 3 days ago. Since then between the time I got everything loaded and running I got a bug. And it wont go away. I have Pop-ups, Windows telling me I have Spy-ware, And AVG telling me I have viruses.
I have updated and run. AVG, Adaware, SpyBot S+D, Spyware Doctor 3.0, and A-squared.
Run all of these several times and I repeatedly have Pop-ups. And everyday the programs above find more stuff. They delete it, but it seems to be coming back. Is there a solution to this?
I'd really like to get this crap off my system.

First of all, dump AVG and get a better AV program. Do you have a firewall installed? If not, you need one. Read the guide to firewalls and AV/spyware here.

Reformat and then follow both the initial setup tips and all-- did I say ALL? --yeah, ALL 😀 of the suggestions under the Ongoing Prevention section here. If you secure your system properly from the start, run a Limited account, don't be a 'tard and install stuff you don't know where it came from (tweaking utilities, games, warez, and 0ther stuff), and don't allow others that power either, then your system is highly unlikely to come down with anything serious.

Try TDS-3 (www.diamondcs.com.au) it is really good. It can be downloaded for free and updated manually for free. Run it and it will find all trojans and crap and remove them for free.
I use it and i think it is great

Anouther 2 to try as well is ad-aware which is free and spyblaster. ad-aware get rid of the spyware that spybot doesnt and spyblaster when ran and updated stops spyware from being loaded on your comp

Thanks guys,

Reformatted and updated/immunized everything as much as possible from CD's. Tried a few of the utilities you recogmended. Cleanest install ever..
And I dont see anything getting through. All I gotta do now is keep it all updated.
