Hey, i have a 250 watt Powersupply running the system below. Which also has 4 80MM's, 2 60mm's and a 50mm. Now the reason i ask is when my CPU isn't under load (well, idling), the core voltage is at 1.88 (well, iset it at 1.85 on my bios). When under load, it drops to 1.82. Here's a nice chart

Voltage Idle Voltage Load voltage
+ 12 V 11.491 11.916
+ 5 V 4.972 4.892
+3.3 V 3.44 3.44
-5V -5.49 -5.779
-12V -11.952 -12.46

Now, what does this all mean? does it mean my PSU isn't supplying enough power to almost all the Rails there? Is there enough power for the system? I also have problems sometimes how my system wont boot after i exchange the Video card, or take the system apart and put it back. Any ideas why? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

The quality of the ps is just as important as the output rating. Check AMD's approved ps list to see if yours is on it. If not, write down some of them and check out pricewatch. Sparkle, A-1, Enermax, etc. are names to look for. I get by with a sparkle 235 watt ps, and my athlon is overclocked to 1333.

U suffered stability probs (system sometimes no boot) is a signed of a under powered PSU. I can also see tht u have a lot of things in the box as well. Upgrade to at least a 350W PSU to solve ur probs.

On ur voltage reading, I seems OK to me. But the stability probs could be due to huge fluctuations on the 5v line when under load.
