When you first get going on the Isle, how do you meet up with your friends who might have started a character in another race? I mean, you're all on the same realm (Order) but how do elves, dwarves, and the other race (human?) meet up so you can do the PQ's and stuff together as a unit?

Don't forget to do a couple quests first. Flying costs $$$ and you start out flat broke.
