Hi, I've got an MSI GT-70 that came with Windows 8. I'm running W8 with Classic Shell to make it tolerable. Most everything seems to work okay after getting the bugs out. The other day I wanted to play Minesweeper and noticed that all the old games were gone on W8. After a little searching I downloaded the Microsoft Minesweeper app along with some Solitaire pack. When I went to play solitaire it took some time and downloaded something but I can't get it to work. A full screen splash screen flashes and then nothing happens. If I launch from the desktop the desktop comes back and if I launch from "start apps" the start screen comes back. Minesweeper does the same thing. I went poking around in the corners of the screen and the splash screen is there but the games never start. Any help will be welcome.
Oh I notice the games say X-box, did I get the wrong games? Do I need an emulator or something?
