W7 x64: Complete Burning/Ripping Solution

Greetings,

I've recently been approved for "early access" (or whatever it ought to be called) for Windows 7 x64 Professional through MSDNAA, and have downloaded, installed, and activated it. I've been using the 7100 RC build for some time, and always had numerous problems with DVD burning (and, to a lesser degree, ripping). Windows XP always did fine. On XP, I'd use DVD Decrypter to rip and DVD Shrink to burn (sometime leaving out DVD Decrypter altogether).

I'm looking for some software-- maybe a suite, even-- that could completely take care of my needs. I need complete burning/ripping reliability; XP offered this to me, so I feel it's reasonable to expect from 7.

What should I use to take care of DVD Ripping? What should I use to take care of DVD Burning? Is there something with complete reliability that can handle both? I'm willing to pay for good software, as long as it's a one-time purchase.

Thanks!

Thanks, Dari! Is that the end-all-be-all, or is there any better option out there? I've downloaded and installed it, and will have to play around with it sometime.

I use AnyDVD from SlySoft and Nero 7 on XP for these tasks. Of the different suites and combinations of programs I tried, that setup has been highly reliable and easy to use. I don't have Win7 yet (2x premium pre-ordered), but when I get it installed, I will be trying the same combination first (with newer Nero suite).

I haven't tried CloneDVD2 in a while, but I believe it has added the features that I required. which it lacked when I was trying the trials.
