There was a reg hack a while ago to do this, but here is an app for it.
Question...I'm not well versed in photo editing, evidently, and i'm having a heck of a time making any of my images look good at the rez required to meet the 256kb cap. any suggestions?
edit: trial and error tells me it's actually more like 250kb.
