Soo I have done create image tons of times, and it simple does my C ,, into my external eSata drive and restored it too.

But now suddenly when I go to make a image it also has drive "D" ticked and greyed out as well. Soo I put show all files in folder options and I nuked everything off that D and I formatted it. but still it shows up as it needs to be backed up which I dont want.

wtf how do I get rid of that check on D ,, I just need drive C wtf is it doing this ? Buggy ars OS I swear.... Here is how it looks

You said you formatted D, but it shows 20+GB used?
If its empty, just delete the partition / unassign a drive letter then do backup?

Are you creating a new image of Windows 7 from an install disc? If so, why don't you just shut down, disconnect the other drives leaving only the drive you want to install to connected to the SATA-0 port(assuming the three drives aren't one large partitioned hard drive) and restart with install disc in the DVD drive. Then the OS will be forced to install to the only availble hard drive.
