Hey everybody,

Maybe you can see something here that I'm missing. My friend installed SP2 on his box the other day and now his power user can't get on the web(HTTP) or use email(SMTP). Funny thing is, his other users as well as admin can use the network just fine. His cable modem can ping mine as well.

We went over the network settings and everything is normal. The permissions look good too. So what're we missing here? Thanks in advance!
