W2k Upgrade CD - can I do a clean install??

I have a w2k upgrade CD, but my HD was just formatted. Will the upgrade CD allow me to do a clean install even thought I have no OS on my HD?? Will it ask for a older CD for verification?

Yeah more than likely it's going to ask for an NT 4.0 Workstation or Server. All you should have to do is put the CD in for it to verify.
