W2k .... the "Shortcut to..." Prefix?

How does one get rid of this Shortcut to.. prefix for every shortcut you make, aside from renaming the bloody thing. I have tried X-Setup 6, which worked for the Shortcut arrow, but not for the prefix.

Download Tweak UI here and after installing it, go to Control Panel and open up Tweak UI. Then go to the Explorer tab, and in the 'Settings' box, uncheck the option labelled ?Prefix "Shortcut to" on new shortcuts?.
