W2K+Task Scheduler runas Problem

Under W2K, SP2, trying to use Task Scheduler on a DC:

We're running a perl script that dumps the security log and then clears the log. The problem is in clearing the log.

When you try to run the job as Domain Admin (interactive) it works fine. When you try to schedule the job as Domain Admin, it fails to run. ??!!

Any ideas?
