I noticed this a couple of weeks ago. I run SETI and my numbers started to slide. When I opened Task Manager the 'System Process' was using 30% of the CPU power. That doesn't seem quite right, as I'm running a T-Bird 1200 oc'd to 1350. When I reboot it drops back down to 0% or 1-2%, then slowly, over a few days (I run 24/7 and don't check it all the time) it creeps back up and slows the system down. I usually only have Outlook Express, ZoneAlarm, and SETI running for the time when I'm not doing anything else - which is when the System Process is running at 30%. Any ideas? Thanks.....
