W2k startup question?

Folks, this may sound really dumb but how do you go about preventing programs from starting with W2k? I'm familiar with MSCONFIG in Win98/WinME and the STARTUP tab and unchecking the programs that you don't want starting with Windows. How do you do this in W2k? TIA.
