W2K... Standard to ACPI

I turned off ACPI when I installed W2K, but now I want to enable this is there a way to do it w/o reinstallin W2K and losing everything?

I know it's possible to go from ACPI to standard.

I've tried it and it died, had to re-install.

Yeah I did too,.. good thing I decided to make a Drive Image Image before I attempted to.

To change to or from ACPI HAL you've got to do a repair install. To change to/from Standard/SMP (dual processor), you can do it in Device Manager.
