W2K Server & CDRW Backup, etc..

I have W2k Servers and Veritas backupexec... currently using DLT tapes but like to shove some of the stuff on to the CDRW drive.. anyone have experience doing this thin ? Is there another backup program that writes to cdrw through direct cd ?
