W2K registration

I have a W2K PC, fully functional. I need to change the name of the person and company name that the o/s is registered to, as shown in My Computer/Properties. Can I do this without having to reload the whole o/s?
Would appreciate any help.

Use regedit to locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion and then look on the right side for RegisteredOwner and modify the value data to whatever name you want to use.
