W2K Profile Settings

Here's the situation:

I create a profile in w2k and set all the settings exactly how i like it. how do i configure it so that if i create a new profile that it has the same settings?
 
copy ntuser.dat from the profile with all the settings, and put it in the "default user" profile folder, replacing the stock ntuser.dat
