W2K PC can't see/connect to one W98 PC but it can to another

I had three W98 PCs networked together so they call connect to the Internet via ICS. Every PC can map/share everone's drives. I upgraded one PC to Windows 2000 Pro and now it can map/share with the W98 PC that is running ICS, but it can't map/share/ping the other W98 PC.

What should I check?
