W2K password forgotten, please help

One of my father's friends forgot his password for w2k. I know how to restore it or change it, but his drive is not a FAT32, it is NTFS. So now I can't even boot into dos with a win98 boot disk. I don't have a nt bootdisk and I cant go that way. I heard that I can boot into ntfs through a linux bootdisk. But I don't have that either. What do I do??? Help Thanks

By the structure of your post i gather that pritty much what you are looking for is a boot disc.

get any boot disc that you need her: topqualityfreeware
