I have a problem where under "Administrative Tools", all the shortcuts disappear. They are gone under start, settings, control panel, administrative tools and also when you enable administrative tools to appear in start, program, administrative tools. Another problem is when I installed Office 2000, I installed under Administrator, the shortcuts doesn't appear under start, programs. The funny thing is those shortcuts were there before for both of them. (I didn't delete them). Help!

Not true. Although you have to be an Admin or be given the right to use the Administrative Tools.

Make sure the shortcuts are in "drive letter"\Documents and Settings\All Users.
