W2k Kernel OSes hate me =\

Sigh...accidental notext post.

Installed XP Corporate a few days ago. Used all the built in drivers, but installed the w2k Intel anypoint HomePNA 10mb drivers/ software. Any time I tried to download a file or did intensive web browsing, machine would reboot. Tried reinstalling and updating drivers/software on client(this one) and host(98SE). Tried disabling all protocals except tc/ip and IPX/SPX for the card. No improvement. Since intel doesn't support this OS for their HPNA, I formatted the partition and installed w2k. Installed anypoint drivers/software, latest 4in1s, det 14.70s without rebooting. Rebooted, got to the login screen and it restarted. Tried again in safe mode, same thing. 98SE is working fine, but I hate it...

Does anybody have any insight regarding my problems?
