W2K Dualboot menu confusion

I installed W2K in a different partition on a system with W98SE. It automatically set-up the OS boot list on startup. The problem is, that W2K installation was corrupted. I formatted that partition and re-installed W2K again. Now, I have duplicate W2K entries in the OS boot list. How do I delete one of the choices from the list???
