how do i turn off that silly little thing that makes it so that items you don't use in a while are not displayed until you hit the drop down arrow in your menus??? like start->programs and not everything is listed, you have to hit that stooopid fu*king arrow to see the rest. thnx,

Start, Settings, Task Bar and Start Menu.

Uncheck Use Personalized Menus.
